Founded in 2025 by Sydney Campbell, a beauty entrepreneur and advocate for industry inclusivity, Feio emerged as a platform to provide access to mentorship, financial resources, and pathways into high-end industry spaces. Starting as a space to Share gigs and portfolio-building opportunities quickly grew into a trusted hub for beauty creatives seeking freelance work, brand collaborations, and career development.

We provide daily listings for Gigs, Freelance opportunities, Brand opportunities, Portfolio-building projects (TFP). Our opportunities span across Magazines, Health, STEM,Modeling Agencies, Fashion and Beauty brands, Creative agencies, Special Occasions, and more. Ensuring that professionals at all levels can find work that aligns with their skills and aspirations.

Beyond job postings, We operate as a Dual Beauty Studio connecting NYC’s young women and young mothers in the beauty workforce with mentorship, career pathways, and STEAM-focused opportunities. Through skill development, fellowships, and mentorship programs, we equip beauty service workers including cosmetologists, estheticians, nail techs, and makeup artists to advance into roles across research, product innovation, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and high-earning positions., dedicated to fostering equity, top talent, and inclusivity in the industry. We recognize the barriers underrepresented beauty professionals face, including limited access to mentorship, financial constraints, and challenges breaking into high-end industry spaces.

 

To bridge these gaps, we provide education, hands-on experience, and career development resources, empowering professionals to grow their expertise and networkempower beauty service workers to lead innovation that uplifts those navigating chronic health conditions (CHCs), disabilities, and cultural inequities.
